Our Founder
Our company was founded by Late Shri Chatur Bhai P. Ramolia on the principles of eco-friendly operations, sustainable growth, consistent improvement and cost-effectiveness. He always wanted our company to thrive and overcome all the challenges and emerge as the best no matter what the situation is. After completing graduation in the domain of chemistry, he began this company with an aim to expand pigment industry across the nation by having International players in the market. He always believed in balancing the demands, trust and needs of clients and all other associated partners for quality CPC Blue Activated Pigment, 15:2 Alpha Blue Pigment and every product that they manufactures. It was his initiative towards CSR that made us join 'Make in India' movement.

Our History

• Planning & Strategy: Using A-grade production strategy for producing goods that can cater to the demands of clients.
• Develop & Manufacturing: Use of insoluble material to be mixed with vehicles or binders for their attachment to the substrate.
• Test & Deliver: Testing products like Phthalocynine Blue and Pigment Alpha Blue, etc., for quality is always done by our quality controllers before delivering these at customers' end.

Research and Development
At Dhanlaxmi Pigments, each and every product that is developed is done with futuristic perception. We aim to work out with technical and financially feasible alternatives in the development of metal phthalocyanines.

Our Infrastructure
Dhanlaxmi Pigments Pvt. Ltd. carried out all manufacturing operations from three plots- 3019|20|21 in G.I.D.C Estate - 3rd Phase in Panoli, Dist - Bharuch (Gujarat). For the production of industrial chemicals and color pigments, our professionals use advanced machinery. There are glass-lined vessels for carrying out the reaction. Stainless steel material made process equipment are used, so as to prevent iron contamination. SS strippers of propriety designs promotes maximum solvent recovery as well as safe & clean environment by removing contaminants in the gases reaction. This process minimizes ingress and contact of chemicals with the personnel in the plant.

We are concerned about the health of the worker and maintaining cleaner environment in the working area. Therefore, we use Spin Flash, Rotary Vaccum Driers and Scrubbers for off gases, automatic weighing and acid charging. The GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) are followed during the production of our range. Plus, there is a TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) policy for keeping the breakdown level at a minimum.

Manufacturer
Our production plant is equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment for allowing a smooth production process. With the help of our diligent chemists and other team members, we are fulfilling urgent and bulk requirements of our clients.
